This training is designed to give providers four must-have clinical skills for working with adults facing depression, PTSD, or substance use disorders; conditions that are often missed and sometimes dismissed.Ageism and implicit bias will also be explored in order to understand how some conditions can present differently depending on a client’s age and how treatment for mental health conditions can reduce the risk of dementia.
