This webinar gives providers a chance to take stock of the past year which has been challenging to so many.
Attendees will be encouraged to consider significant changes in their lives, and to take a breath.
The webinar will combine psychoeducation on how chronic stress impacts an individual’s life in bio-psychosocial domains.

The webinar will combine psychoeducation on how chronic stress impacts an individual’s life in bio-psychosocial domains.
The training will consider the following:
- Variable stressors increase the demand on the human body and may lead to physical and emotional ailments that potentially lead to a loss of purpose in one’s life.
- Multiple evidence-based research demonstrates emotional self-awareness and mindfulness strategies and techniques offer a unique approach to a reinvigoration of personal wellness and healthy patterns in the navigation of life stressors.
Utilizing a holistic approach, attendees will be guided on ways to improve their response to stressors identified in a wellness - oriented setting. Promotion of personal strengths and awareness of techniques to implement provides a unique strategy to self-care and promotes emotional health in personal domains.
