    Anxiety is one of the most common, chronic, and costly emotional disorders in the United States and globally. Accordingly, providers in virtually all settings are likely to encounter clients suffering from anxiety conditions. The purpose of this training is to offer information about understanding, recognizing, and responding to anxiety. 

    Upon taking the course, attendees will be able to understand and recognize:

    • Differences between "fear," "anxiety" and "stress"
    • Symptoms of anxiety - What does it look like? 
    • Sources or "ingredients" of anxiety
    • Effective healing strategies for reducing anxiety
