Course Description:
This workshop will provide the tools you can use to decrease the negative impact of current stressors using the gold standard of mental health treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These skills will be presented in an easy to learn and effective means to support others and yourself in responding to the current crisis. Webinar Learning Objectives include:
Upon taking the course, attendees will be able to:

Learn at least three CBT skills that can be applied in your work to support the mental health of clients and coworkers, as well as your own.

Practice using these skills during the workshop and learn where you can access CBT resources in the future.

Brainstorm and plan for providing CBT resources to the clients and communities you serve.
