Cancellation Policy for Live Conversations Events

Cancellation Policy:
In the highly unlikely event that a training or webinar might need to be cancelled or rescheduled, notice will be sent to the email address you used when registering.   Any cancellations or schedule changes will also be posted on this website

Refund Policy:
While we regret any inconvenience, Conversations registration fee payments are not refundable. Please do keep this in mind before making your payment. In the case of a cancellation, an announcement will be made if the event is rescheduled.  If the event is not able to be rescheduled, your registration fee will be refunded to you.  If you choose to cancel your registration, you forfeit your fee.

Note: About email

Conversations emails may get blocked:  Please monitor your email Inbox as well as Junk email box for program notice and updates. We also strongly recommend that you consult your IT staff to ensure that all Conversations program emails, which are sent via Constant Contact, can reach your computer. Many registrants don’t receive Conversations training announcements and registration updates due to Spam Blocking systems used by their agencies and organizations.
